1. Who we are

Medieval Checkers KZV is an online game developed by LogicMind. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app or the website, how we use it and what rights you have.

2. What data we collect

Nickname: the name you type to play. It identifies you at the table and on the leaderboard. Because other players can see it, we recommend not using your real name.

Technical connection data (IP address, device type, app version): needed to run the server and diagnose problems.

Anonymous identifier and statistics: the first time you open the game we create a random code for your device, not linked to your real name, email or Google account. We associate your latest nickname and your match statistics (games, wins and winning times), which feed the public leaderboard. The leaderboard shows only the nickname and the statistics.

Preferences (language, sound, last nickname) stay on your device only.

3. How we use the data

To run online matches, keep scores and the leaderboard, show ads (section 5), fix bugs, improve the game and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share the minimum necessary with providers that help operate the service, such as hosting and, in the Android app, advertising.

5. Ads

The Android app shows ads from Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect the advertising ID, the IP address and app usage data to show and measure ads, including personalised ads, under Google's policy.

Consent: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before personalised ads (GDPR). You can refuse and keep playing. In any country you can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings (Settings, Google, Ads).

6. Storage and security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data. No system is completely risk-free.

7. Your rights

Under the Brazilian LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can ask for confirmation, access, correction or deletion of your data. You can delete everything yourself, immediately, in the app (Settings, Delete my data) or on the Delete my data page.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Relevant changes will be shown through the last updated date.
